Fort Fisher is one of the best spots!

As a Wilmington Family Photographer, the slight mention of Fort Fisher makes me giddy. Its one of the best spots for family portraits. And here is why…

You can get three different back grounds but they all have a cohesive look. The giant boulders that run parallel to the ocean, the amazing oak trees and the beach all give variety to your family photos.
All of the three mentioned above are with in a few short steps so you can run through your family session quickly
And simply put, it’s a stunning location.

So when Catherine said she wanted Fort Fisher as their family portrait location I was so excited. I knew I would get exactly what she wants. You see, Jaiden is in my Senior Model Program. It’s a program specifically design for girls in their senior year in high school. It focuses on working with other girls to lift each other up, spreading kindness and body positivity.

One of the sessions included in the senior model program is a family session. The entire program is designed around the senior however, the family session is for mom. This is Jaiden’s last year at home. She will be graduating in a few short months and moving away to college, only to come home for the holidays, or to do laundry. 😉 So it’s important to capture that family session before it’s too late.
