Senior Session
Can I just say, I recently had the absolute pleasure of photographing Bella – a senior at Wilmington Christian Academy who’s about to take on the world. And let me tell you, this girl’s energy is infectious!
Now, Bella had this senior session booked for ages, right? And get this – she actually turned down a vacay with her boyfriend’s fam just so she could rock her session. Talk about dedication!
From the get-go, Bella was all smiles and sunshine. Seriously, her excitement was contagious, and her bubbly personality lit up every shot. We kicked things off with the classic cap and gown – you know, the whole “I’m about to graduate, y’all!” It’s kind of a big deal.
However, Bella didn’t stop there. She came prepared with not one, not two, but FOUR outfit changes! Can we say fashionista? One of my faves had to be her App State tee – a nod to her future alma mater. Go Mountaineers!
And can we talk about her style game for a sec? Bella rocked this adorable jumpsuit paired with cowboy boots that were just too cute for words. I mean, who says you can’t mix a little country flair with senior portrait glam?
But here’s the real kicker – beyond the killer outfits and picture-perfect poses, Bella’s session was all about embracing body positivity. As a senior photographer who’s all about lifting up young girls, seeing Bella shine with confidence was everything.
In a world that’s constantly bombarding us with unrealistic beauty standards, Bella’s session was a breath of fresh air. She showed us that beauty isn’t about fitting into a mold – it’s about being authentically you, flaws and all.
