Your pets are a part of your family.
I have so many clients that include their pets in their family portraits. It’s a wonderful way to cherish them. Especially after theyre no longer with you.
When I got the call from Jessica, she told me her sweet pup, June wasn’t doing well. She was sick and they weren’t sure how much longer they had with her. She wanted to get some pictures of their family together at their home. She wanted some outside portraits with June and their chickens and then some on their bed. So we did just that!
One cool October morning I met them at their beautiful home and enjoyed photographing them spending time with June. They snuggled her, and the chickens. lol! Some of the sweetest moments were captured in their master bedroom. A few weeks after the session they had to say goodbye to June. I am so honored that I could capture some of the last moments with their sweet pup.
