New Years Eve Session
I’ve wanted to do a New Years Eve Session for as long as I could remember. I added it as a themed session for my Mommy Photography Program this year and I am so glad I did. The kiddos and mamas loved this session too! How often do you get to dress up, throw glitter and balloons and have fun as a family?
Mommy Photography Program
Each family did something different and I love the variety in each image. For the Batts family (family of five), we took portraits of just the kiddos, and the family together and towards the end, the kids we giggling laughing, throwing glitter and running around.
Oh, sweet little Callie! This is the second year that her mom has joined the program. I love seeing Callie’s, spunky personality come out in her images. She makes my job so easy because she’s always having fun. She held balloons, threw glitter, held photo booth props and giggled the whole time. Mom decided to let Callie have her moment for this session. However, the whole time she wanted baby brother in the photos too. <3 So sweet.
My last but certainly not least was the Wilson family. We photographed just the girls. This beautiful family, who I am so honored to say have become friends of mine, have been in the program since I started it. Five years now! <3 The girls both came up with fun ideas to do with each other including a glitter fight and balloon fight! lol! LOVE IT!
I’ve been horrible at capturing my own children this year. It’s a New Years resolution of mine. So, I added my own girls at the end to get some fun NYE images of them. So glad I did. <3 It’s so important to me to have those images. It’s so much more than that. Photography gives them confidence and makes them feel good about themselves. <3
