Abby’s Maternity Mommy and Me Session

Oh my gosh! I am so honored that I was the one who captured these sweet moments. You see, Abby and I are both pregnant with our second child. Our due dates are only 2 weeks a part. So when Abby joined my mommy program, I was ecstatic!! To join the mommy program when you are pregnant is a special time. I get to document every moment leading up and after her sweet baby girl arrives. This sweet little session with her son, Jake, is one that I’ve been waiting for, for months. We photographed every sweet moment with Abby and Jake. Abby walked and ran (brave mama, running at 7 months pregnant) with Jake, chasing him, and playing with him. She looked for fish and tad poles in the streams and the fountain at Greenfield Lake. They laughed, hugged and tickled each other. I am so honored that I could capture these final moments of Jake being an only child.

Mommy Photography Program

My mommy program is something that is very special to me. I want to capture true beauty. I’m not talking about a stick figure model, with loads of un natural makeup. I am talking about real women. Unfortunately, women so often are critical of the way they look, especially in photos. My photography program is here to change the minds of women. I want to empower and encourage you. All to often, I hear, “I don’t like the way I look in photos. I only want pictures of my kids.” But what about those kids… do you want them to look back on family photos and realize that you were never in them. Unfortunately we often realize things like this when it is too late. So I am here to tell you… you are beautiful and you need beautiful images of you and your kids. Because one day you will wake up and realize it’s too late.
