I am so excited to show you my gorgeous sister in law’s senior portraits. When my husband and I started dating, Belle was 5 years old. So, I had the privilege of watching her grown up into a beautiful, free spirited young woman. This senior portrait session was so much fun and very special to me.
We had a few different ideas that we incorporated into her senior session. The first was the beautiful Thalian Hall in downtown Wilmington. Belle has been in and out of musicals and plays. She absolutely loves singing, acting and being apart of the theater world.
The second idea was based on what Belle wants to go to school for… writing. She loves to read and wants to become a writer. She is going to Mount Saint Mary College in NY.
The third one, was based on fashion. Belle and I carefully selected her wardrobe and wanted a urban fashion feel. So, we decided that downtown Wilmington NC was the perfect location. We found a bunch of grungy alleyways. It was a perfect contrast against Belle’s light and floral wardrobe.
